If your manager just won't listen to reason, what then?

If logic doesn't work, try brand names

• Given them books by *Microsoft* Press (they're good, and they say MICROSOFT)

Keep a documentation trail to cover your ass.

• Document conflicts, problems and ignored advice

• Save all your incoming and outgoing email

• Get bad decisions in writing (email's good enough but IANAL)

Emotionally detach yourself from the job.

Consider another job or transfer to another project.
